hey! i just got back from the power 106 basketball game. Rowland lost by 3, it was a very close game.
Anyways today in track. I pulled my groine.
It was already stiff and in pain from the wilson meet last thursday, but today during hurdles i REALLY pulled it. When i went over that first hurdle i felt a sharp pain on my left crotch. ouch.
after i finished the hurdles my left groine started hurting like a mother!! and my entire left leg started to become all burning and numb. after i ran 2 more 300s in much pain i finally decided to sit out for the rest of practice.
GAH what do i do about tmrws practice? do i just keep sitting out? hmmmmm. im icing it right now hope it gets better.
